A successful test ride by Barel Cycles test rider on Barel city bike prototype with 2-speed gear hub SRAM Automatix has been carried out on Grossglockner High Alpine Road with total elevation of 2,380 m. The ride started at Bruck and ended at Kaiser-Franz-Josef-Höhe parking lot at 2,369 m.

Next successful ride by regular user on CITY RIDER SPORT J.K. with 2-speed Kick Shift gearhub from Sturmey-Archer has been carried out on Grossglockner with total 50km distance and 2380m elevation. The ride started at Bruck and ended again at Kaiser-Franz-Josef-Höhe parking lot at 2,369 m.
